It is a healing technique that uses the life force energy to heal and balance the subtle energies in our bodies. It addresses physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual imbalances. The Reiki practitioner serves as a vessel or channel that carries healing energies where they are most needed in the body. Reiki energy flows out of the practitioner’s body through the palm of the hands while they are lightly touching the recipient's body, leaving the person with a feeling of well-being in body, mind, and spirit.
