Move ‘N Groove
Move your body and soul in this easy to follow low-impact, high-energy and fun dance class. Burn calories, gain strength, meet new friends and Move N’ Groove at your own pace. Our resident Cuban-Canadian instructor Dagmar Sanchez, brings all levels of joy and spice into this class, making it one of a kind in Edmonton.
Perfect for: Active older adults who are looking for a modified dance or movement routine that recreates original standing up moves you love, but at a lower intensity.
How it works: The class introduces easy to follow movements that focus on balance, range of motion and coordination.
