Mother's Day Special Sound Bath

Elevate Mother's Day: Join Us for a Unique and Transformative Sound Bath Experience!

You will be welcome with a warm essential oil-infused hand towel and a soothing facial or skin mist. (If you prefer to opt out of this element, please feel free to let us know).  We encourage you to take your hand towel with you to enjoy the aromatherapy throughout the sound bath.  Additionally, you are welcome to bring your own blanket, pillow, or eye mask for added comfort.

We will begin with a serene tea ceremony meditation, where you can savor the moment and cultivate a sense of mindfulness and presence, as the sound bath experience concludes you will indulge in spa lemon and cucumber-infused water.  And as a token of our appreciation, each attendee will receive a small gift from Dagmar Dharma Yoga to commemorate this special occasion and continue their wellness journey at home. (Small heart bottle with rose quartz to promote love and wellbeing)

To maintain the serene atmosphere, we kindly request that all guests continue to observe whisper tones and keep their phones silenced until everyone has departed.

What to expect:

• Delve into a two-hour sound bath session led by Dagmar Sanchez our resident Sound Healer practitioner, featuring the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls and soothing music to promote deep relaxation and inner peace.

• Upon arrival, be greeted with a warm lavender oil-soaked hand towel and a refreshing skin mist. Indulge in the sensory experience and feel your stress melt away.

• We will begin with a serene tea ceremony meditation, where you can savor the moment and cultivate a sense of mindfulness and presence.
